How does Apple Health sync work?

Grant SleepQuest access to Health data. Each morning, the app reads your last night's sleep and saves it with a score and rewards.

I don't have Apple Watch. Can I still use the app?

Yes! Use "In-App Tracking" — tap Start Sleep when you go to bed and Woke Up when you wake. The session is saved to your history.

What does Premium include?

More sleep history (90 vs 30 entries), advanced features, and removes ads. Manage subscription in device Settings.

How many times can I sync per day?

Up to 2 syncs per day. This includes both Health sync and in-app tracking.
